Self-catering – holiday homes
All our Holiday Converted barns have disabled access, and come with their own private patio garden with a charcoal B.B.Q, free underfloor heating, free WiFi, Large screen Television and DVD player, ample parking, use of picnic areas with lake views, woodland and orchard, along with Children’s play area including zip wire & trampoline.
A 4 star high standard of furniture, fixtures and fittings, including coffee machine, clock radio alarm, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine, separate dining area, vacuum cleaner – what you would expect and more from a 4* holiday home.
Egyptian 100% cotton bedding, duvets and a set of towels all included. All barns have king beds with quality mattresses.
A fully fitted kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
All our barns come with a bath and a shower for your comfort. Along with a heated towel radiator. Each barn has underfloor heating.
Pets – The Courtyard is our only pet friendly barn, charged at £40 per pet, per stay max 2 pets. House rules apply, see conditions of use – – We supply 1 pet bed, 1 pet towel (no other towels of ours to be used on your pet), 2 pet food and drink bowls. Please bring your own blanket for cuddles on the sofa. Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms and are to be on leads while in any communal outdoor space.
